I fell into this industry because I believe faith is meant to move with us through everyday life—not just on Sundays or in words, but in action. I’m here because Faith Moves is more than apparel; it’s a quiet reminder to move with purpose, trust deeply, and honor God in the small, intentional moments.

Faith Moves was born at the intersection of movement, faith, and intention. Before creating this brand, I spent years in a fast-paced corporate environment while also teaching Pilates—where movement became a place of grounding, clarity, and connection. Teaching on the reformer showed me how powerful intentional movement can be, not just physically, but spiritually.

As both a student and instructor, I searched for a product that reflected what I believed—something that honored God without being loud or performative.
