WHAT ARE GRIP SOCKS AND WHY DO I NEED THEM? +

Pilates grip socks are designed to provide extra traction during your Pilates, Barre, or Lagree practice. The non-slip grips on the bottom of the socks help keep you stable and prevent slipping on smooth surfaces, ensuring a safer and more effective workout.

Our embroidered grip socks add a touch of personality to your practice while offering the support you need.

ARE YOUR GRIP AND EVERYDAY SOCKS ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL? +

Yes, all of our socks are one size fits all and comfortably fit women’s sizes 5–10.

If you need a different size or socks for men, please submit a custom order request.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SOCKS? +

To keep your socks in the best condition, we recommend machine washing them on a gentle cycle in cold water.

Lay them flat to dry — avoid the dryer to maintain the integrity of the grip and embroidery.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS? +

Since all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds.

However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at info@myfaithmoves.com. We’ll do our best to resolve any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER? +

Please allow 3–5 business days processing time before your order is shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED? +

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away to ensure quick delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been processed.
